You will have five feet of water at low tide, and eight to nine feet at high tide. The canal is narrow, but as you near the end a large turning basin will appear to your left. Blue Waters Marina is located on the northwest corner of this twenty foot deep basin.

1. Start out going West on PEMBROKE RD/FL-824 W toward DE SOTO DR.(0.92 miles).
2. Turn LEFT onto S UNIVERSITY DR/FL-817 S.(1.40 miles)
3. Take the FLORIDA'S TURNPIKE SOUTH ramp. (0.37 miles)
4. Merge onto FLORIDA'S TURNPIKE S/FL-821 S (Portions toll). (46.13 miles)
5. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto S DIXIE HWY./US-1 S/NE
   1ST AVE. Continue to follow US-1 South. (34.88 miles, just past Mile Marker 93)
6. Turn LEFT onto BURTON DR. (0.30 miles)
7. Turn RIGHT onto BANYAN LN. (0.06 miles)
